Josh is a CEO of a parent company of 20 subsidiaries that provide a range of government contracting services, from aerospace engineering to logistics and maintenance. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Josh is an expert in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, small business development programs, and general corporate development.

Josh is also a military veteran, having served as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) operator and team leader in the US Air Force for nine years. He holds an MBA and a BSBA from the University of West Florida, and has completed executive education courses at Stanford, Columbia, and Chicago Booth. He’s been certified in valuation analysis (for M&A) and was a Certified Merger and Acquisition Practitioner (CMAP). He is passionate about supporting the military and veteran community, and serves as a board member for several non-profit organizations. Josh's mission is to deliver excellence, innovation, and value to his clients, partners, and employees.

Josh was born and raised in Nenana, Alaska and currently resides in Huntsville, Alabama. He has four children, two boys and two girls.
